Here’s how it works:

• BioFit will pay $20 to the end-use purchaser for every BioFit seating product (chair and/or stool) ordered between May 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019 and scheduled for shipment to end-use purchaser by July 15, 2019.
• No minimum or maximum product purchase or order quantity required.
• Orders must be received by BioFit from purchaser or purchaser’s BioFit distributor by midnight, June 30, 2019.
• Completed redemption form for each individual order must be received by BioFit by midnight, August 15, 2019.
• Rebates will be paid by October 15, 2019.
• End-use purchasers in North America eligible to participate.
